1855 List of Eligible Persons for Land Grants Lake Superior 2
List of persons entitled to Eighty Acres of land each under the provisions of Sub division 7, of the 2nd article of the treaty of Sept. 30, 1854 with the Chippewas of Lake Sup. Each of said persons being either the head of a family or a single person over 21 years of age (at the date of the treaty) of the mixed bloods belonging to the Chippewas of Lake Superior.
Made by the undersigned at LaPointe in Sept. 1855 in pursuance of instructions received from the Commissioner of Indian Affairs.
