Sir,

Herewith please find Powers of Atty. as above stated and I respectfully request that you will cause payment to be made to me thereon out of the annuity moneys due and payable to the Ottawa and Chippewa Nations of Indians Affairs in relation thereto, on the 24th ulto. and approved on the 26th ulto. By the Hon. Sec. of the Interior.

Please make the requisitions payable to my order and office.
