The Family History Center is staffed by volunteers to help you find the records you need for your research.  Each has a varying degree of expertise in different research areas and computer use.  All volunteers can help order films to continue your research through the Family History Center in Mt. Pleasant Michigan.

EQUIPMENT FOR PATRON'S USE

2 Computers with internet access on 1 for patrons to use

Printer for copies of files found on computers

4 Microfilm Readers - 1 of these is a reader/printer to print what you find on film

3 Microfiche readers - 1 is a reader/printer

Numerous books and Michigan sources in print.

All films and paper sources must stay in the library and are not allowed to be "loaned out" to individuals.

If using the computers please bring in floppy discs or writable CDs (CDR) to make copies if you prefer.  Both are available from the FHC staff volunteers for a small fee if needed.
