3326 Binscarth StreetPassed away suddenly 10:30 p.m. Friday at Bay City Mercy Hospital. Age 61 years. He was born April 24, 1904, in Kochville Township, and had lived in Saginaw County all of his life. He served as a supervisor of Kochville Township from 1935 until 1952, and had been employed at the Saginaw County Social Welfare Board as a social worker since 1954. He also served on the Kochville Township School Board for several years; and engaged in farming there. He was a member of the Kochville Methodist Church, and a charter member of the Farm Bureau. He married Marcena Haeger March 6, 1961, in Saginaw. Besides his wife, he leaves one son and one daughter by a previous marriage. Charles E. Hoffman, Lowell, Mich.; Miss Nancy Hoffman, Saginaw; two step-sons, Gerald A. Haeger, Dr. Ronald J. Haeger, both of Saginaw; six grandchildren; also three brothers and three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Hahn, Midland; Mrs. Wallace Harper, Mrs. Reinhart Hahn, William E., Clarence and Newell Hoffman, all of Saginaw; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will take place 3 p.m. Monday at the Case Chapel, 409 Adams St., Rev. Ernest Otter will officiate. Friends may call at the chapel after 7 p.m. Saturday.

Widow of Reinhart P. Hahn passed away Monday, January 8, 1990, in Phoenix, Ariz. Age 71 years. Rozella Hoffman was born July 5, 1918 in Kochville Township living there all of her life. She married Mr. Hahn Aug. 5, 1937. He predeceased her July 8, 1985. She was a member of Kochville United Methodist Church and was active in numerous church groups and functions. Surviving are one son, three daughters and their spouses, Robert and Ruth Hahn, Saginaw; Patricia Cutbrith, Phoenix, Ariz.; Carol and Allan Croff, Mesa, Ariz.; Linda and Ken Steele, Saginaw; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. One son, Robert Hahn predeceased her in Dec. of 1985 but surviving is her daughter-in-law, Ruth Ann Hahn, Saginaw; also surviving are two sisters and one brother, Charlotte Harper, Saginaw; Ruth I. Hahn, Midland; Newell Hoffman, Saginaw; several nieces and nephews. Numerous brothers and sisters have also predeceased her.
Funeral service will take place 10:30 a.m. Friday at Kochville United Methodist Church. Rev. Gary Dawes will officiate. Private entombment will take place at Oakwood Mausoleum. Friends may call at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 409 Adams St. from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday and at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the American Heart Association, Kochville United Methodist Church or the charity of their choice.
