FOR A TREAT LIZZIE BROUGHT OUT SOME STORE BOUGHT JAM TO HAVE WITH BISCUITS, THOUGH THEY HAD A CELLARFUL OF DELICIOUS AND VERY APPEALING LOOKING HOMEMADE PRESERVES AND JAMS THAT HE WOULD LIKELY HAVE ENJOYED MORE!
BIOGRAPHY: They lived in the Anglican Manse in Elora, Ontario. Florence Nightingale had been engaged to the Anglican minister and he had built the house for her, however the minister died before the wedding could take place!
